CE4000: Roasting hood for the four-burner LU4 grill

This converts your barbeque into an outdoor oven and is specifically for baking and roasting whole joints of meat and poultry. The roasting hood (also called a barrel cooker hood) is not designed for, or needed, to cook usual barbeque food such as sausages, steaks and chicken portions. The roasting hood hinges to the sides of your barbeque, lifting up and dropping down slightly at the back in its open position, lessening the risk of it blowing closed. The hood has a hardwood handle and heat indicator.

BBA0600: Wok insert hot plate (wok not included)

This ingenious plate enables you to use your own wok on the barbeque to stir-fry delicious dishes. With a four-burner LU4 grill, simply remove the existing griddle or grill plate (and the flame tamer) and replace with the wok insert plate. On the three-burner LU3 barbeque, the wok plate can only replace the grill plate (and flame tamer). This positions your wok plate directly over two burners for more direct heat.

To get the most use out of your barbeque, we recommend that you keep it on the patio for the whole grilling season. These lined vinyl covers help protect both the barbeque and the trolley against the worst of weather. They are made using heavy weight vinyl, lined to prevent the barbeque from "sweating," and elasticized around the bottom. These covers are made to fit both sizes of the Legend grills with or without roasting hoods.
