Trolley instructions are packed in the grill carton. Each part number or letter is indicated in parentheses (); the same numbers and letters correspond to the assembly instructions listed here and in the factory instruction booklet. Note that all nuts and bolts are metric, not standard.

1. Lay trolley base shelf (C) on floor. Attach and glue each corner leg (1 & 2), making sure the notched position is pointing to the outside. Make sure that corner legs (1) are attached to the left side of the trolley (refer to diagram). Take care to attach tank chains (18 & 19) when attaching corner legs (1) to left side of trolley.
2. Attach axle (5) and wheels (6) when attaching legs (1) on the left side of the trolley. Turn trolley upright on its wheels. Trolley should now be level.
3. Attach a grill support bracket (8) to the inside of each leg.
4. Attach and glue a horizontal support brace (3) on each side.
5. Attach and glue the center wooden brace (4) that runs the length of the trolley.
6. Install tank bracket (7) to the horizontal support brace (3) on the left side of the trolley.
7. Attach and glue side shelves (A & B). Take care to to install the shelves with the rounded fascia facing the front of the trolley as indicated in the diagram.
